To position the issue of lake deterioration at the heart of the strategic direction of the municipality
To improve water quality of our lakes in Val-des-Monts with the desired outcome of having clear and clean water
To increase the number of member associations to represent all lakes in Val-des-Monts, especially large lakes
To obtain more visibility with our partners to ensure technical and financial support for the Federation
To be present and accessible through the Federation of Lakes web site and have proper links to the Municipality, member lake associations and environmental organizations
To study and understand our lakes to manage phosphate intake and influence the Development Plans of lakeshore properties
To support the Municipality with the Septic Systems Inspection Program and the Awareness Campaign launched with erection of the billboards
